You will have a private bedroom, and the newly remodeled bathroom will be shared between you and the other new housemate.
Located just minutes from 1-25 and right by the Community Center, Library, beautiful parks and trails, and Old Town on Briggs.
We have AC, central heating, parking, a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances and a furnished dining and living room.
I am a private special education teacher and am looking for two non-smoking, professional women with no pets as housemates.
Rent is $950 a month with internet included. The other utilities will be shared by the three housemates. ($1,000 Security Deposit)

I am a private special education teacher and love my job and students. I also love reading, movies, and creating all kinds of things. I am happy to be either cordial roommates or become friends. I generally like to keep a clean and tidy house. I occasionally enjoy hosting small dinner parties or movie nights but can be flexible depending on your schedule and preferences. I love animals, but am allergic, so we are going to stay a pet-free home. I look forward to meeting you!!
