Elmwood Avenue

My gf & I are renting out a room. We are both 29 years old. It’s a three bedroom house. The house was built in 1920 and was in pretty bad shape when we moved in, we’ve made some progress. So it’s not the best but it’s better than what it was. We are still slowly working on painting each room and fixing everything else up. I would prefer a female over male for personal reasons. $100 security deposit and $400 monthly for rent. Thanks for looking!
