My roommate Desiree & I are looking to rent out a room in our house. We are both 29 years old. It’s a three bedroom house. The house was built in 1920 and was in pretty bad shape when we moved in, but we’ve made some progress. So it’s not the best but it’s better than what it was. We are still slowly working on painting each room and fixing everything else up. I would prefer a female over male for personal reasons. $300 security deposit and $600 monthly for rent. Would perfer short term rental, not a bunch of visitors and someone with no baby daddy/boyfriend issues. Thanks for looking!
