The room is 11x11 with a walk-in closet. The property has a swimming pool and fitness center. It’s a quiet complex with no loitering or people just hanging out. All right in the middle of all the shopping centers and grocery stores and restaurants. I’m on Dart bus line. Location is Collin County on the border of Dallas County. Plano Addison Carrollton Richardson and Dallas are all 10 minutes or less away. George Bush and Dallas North Tollway are just up the street. Trails nearby also.

Location is Far North Dallas. Must qualify to sign lease including income approval of 1 and a half times base rent of $1236.00 per month with $75 application fee to property management. Meaning, Must make $1854 per month to qualify. Total rent we would split monthly approximately $1450. This includes water, trash, internet, electricity, Pest Control, parking, renters insurance and deposit . Must respect animals. Have 10 yr old friendly dog medium size boxermix heeler. I am 59 years and don’t drink or drug . Currently I Vape nicotine my last bad habit to kick. I’m from upstate New York, and have lived in the DFW area since 2009. I love the outdoors woodworking crafts making jewelry and decorating. I like open windows for fresh air when weather permits. I don’t like it too cool with AC I usually keep it about 75°. I enjoy keeping my place clean it helps keep the Clutter out of my head . With having a dog it’s important for dusting and vacuuming as would be My greater responsibility. I’ve been semi-retired but going back to work as we speak. Honesty and integrity are of the utmost importance. My life is quiet. I like movies and just about any kind of music. I’ve been known to turn up a good tune but keep it down enough as to respect Neighbors. I prefer little company or traffic in and out . My home is drama-free and safe. I’ve befriended my share of “untrustworthies” so I’m careful who I bring into my home. My faith is in and of God . I am kind and thoughtful. If you need to borrow something ask me and return it. If you eat or break something of mine replace it or fix it. I’m very straightforward and I’ll tell you exactly how I think and feel as I expect the same from you. Neither one of us want to walk on eggshells and I’ve done that before it’s no fun . We need to be able to communicate honestly so we can be comfortable with each other..
