This is a gorgeous space that I’ve resided in for the past couple of years! You’d have your own parking space in the lot outside our complex, and your own bedroom inside our unit. The room is currently furnished but if you’d rather bring your own furniture that can be arranged! We have hardwood floors and all brand new appliances (stove, refrigerator, and microwave). Trash and recycling is removed from the property every Thursday. We have a wonderful maintenance crew who also does all the snow removal when winter comes! The surrounding area is a small and quiet town, plenty of hiking trails if your one who likes the outdoors!
This is a smaller apartment but such a cute space! I do have a cat, his name is Aslan James, he does prefer to be the only pet in the house, so I do ask for no pet requests! He is very friendly and will love to keep you company whenever you’re home! I’m a full time mortuary student in my last semester of mortuary college so I ask for a young professional* as well. I’m and early riser and early sleeper so I prefer someone who can respect quiet hours so to speak. I work full time at a funeral home as well, so I work odd and sometimes lengthy hours. I also ask that my roomie contribute towards the space (cleaning up, taking out the trash and recycling, etc.. and buying household cleaning products and toiletries, as we will both by using them). Rent is $817 a month, a deposit of $1000, electric ranges (national grid) from around $70-$145, wifi is $30 a month (we would split it so $15). On my downtime I like to relax with my friends, hangout with Aslan, I love watching horror movies, and I have been super into playing my Nintendo switch lately 😊
