This is a newly renovated apartment with hardwood floors, and open floor plan for the living room and kitchen. We do share a bathroom. You’d have your own bedroom and parking space. Trash/recycling is taken out on Thursdays. Snow removal is done promptly on site after a storm. Maintenance team is wonderful and always available to help! We have so many hiking trails around the complex and area, so it’s a great spot if you like exploring the outdoors. Overall, a quiet town and complex to reside in. Looking for a female roommate :)
FEMALES ONLY PLEASE: My name is Bridget, I’m 26 years old, and full time student in mortuary school. I also work full-time in a funeral home! I have quite a busy schedule, but I do like to spend my downtime relaxing in the apartment, catching up on studies or getting outside. I do have a cat, his name is Aslan and he was rescued from Texas about 2 years ago! He does prefer to be an only pet household so I would like a roommate who does not have any pets. He’s super affectionate, and demands attention a majority of the time. I like to keep an aesthetically pleasing as well as clean space. I am a strong believer that if the place is messy it leads to a messy mind. This being said household chores will be delegated, ie: cleaning, vacuuming, dishes, taking out trash/recycling, and cleaning evenly buying household product. I very occasionally have friends or visitors over, and I’d say I’m an early riser and early sleeper. We would be splitting the monthly electric bill as well as Wi-Fi. The national grid bill usually ranges from about $50-175 per month (likely higher in the winter months), and wifi is $15 per month per person ($30 overall). I do require a background check and would like to meet prior agreeing to move in.
