We are a family of four with two kids and two tenant who’s very humble, kind, very respectful, respect our home, and respect each others privacy. We are very clean, kind, and friendly, will give you great respect of course expect same in return and we like our privacy. Great neighborhood with exceptional neighbors that all lookout for each other to keep our neighborhood safe and respectful. So this is a place to call home! WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone RESPECTABLE, CLEAN, QUIET, and will maintain their room and common areas. You may use the kitchen as long as you clean after yourself and if you use something clean after yourself. You break something replace it. Simply responsible with some integrity. NO couples or shared rooms, NO smoking, No Drugs, No party, NO Girlfriend/Boyfriend, overnight guests/Freeloaders, ONE pet is welcome for a FEE.
