WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone RESPECTABLE, CLEAN, QUIET, and will maintain their room and common areas. You may use the kitchen as long as you clean after yourself and if you use something clean after yourself. You break something replace it. Simply responsible with some integrity.NO smoking, No Drugs, No party, NO overnight guests/Freeloaders.
To apply: -First month $800 rent and security deposit $500 DUE upon signing of month to month agreement.
-Month to month with optional 30 day termination.
-Proof of income 3 months Pay stub
-Must have stable job
-Background check first before tour
