The room is the second bedroom to a 2 bedroom apartment. It is attached to a screened in balcony facing the woods. Very private and quiet. Has a bathroom right across the hall from the room. Access to gym and two swimming pools during the warm season. Very nice for a young professional needing a simple room. No smoking allowed
