We occupy the top level of the residence and will not be occupying the lower level unless its to use the storage space for working out and maintenance, or if the spare room is needed for a guest. The space has a separate entrance and there is a door separating the downstairs from the upstairs. You will have access to the upper portion of the house for laundry, baking/cooking with the oven or the grill on the deck.
There is a private outdoor patio, offering panoramic views of the beautiful valley and all wildlife that inhabit the area.
There is parking in our driveway and we may consider the use of the garage space for a small fee. We do have a EV charging station as well.
My husband and I own the home and live in the upstairs part of the house. We have rented rooms in our home for the last 10 years and are very accustomed to people living with us. We love the outdoors and have 3 large dogs that love everyone.
