I have a room available in our home. The house is shared with 4 other girls which range in age from 20-30. Everyone is very clean quiet and respectful. We are looking for another female tenant who is much the same. The down stairs space (where the room is located) is shared with one other female who is in her early 20s, works full time out of the house and is very clean and quiet. The bathroom is shared, but it is kept very clean. The downstairs has its own kitchen, bathroom and living area and the girls who live upstairs do not occupy the down stairs space. The upstairs space has its own kitchen and living area and is only shared with the other three girls. There are also two office spaces that are available and a guest bedroom if needed. Due to the way the house is laid out, you are not living on top of each other and it doesn’t feel like 4 other people live there. The house has 500mbs internet speed, and the the landlord’s meticulously take care of the house.

We are looking for another tenant who is probably around the same age range, with no pets, who is clean, quiet, and who doesn’t smoke/vape or do any drugs. The group of girls get along well with each other and all help out around the house with keeping things clean and kept up. If this sounds like a good fit please reach out.
