The room has a closet and is big enough to fit a Queen-size bed, Closet, Dressers, and a desk. The house has a beautiful large kitchen, dining room, and living room to relax and entertain in. A lovely porch to enjoy sitting and reading. And a beautiful back outdoor space for eating and relaxing as well. The house is a 5-minute drive to the beach and a 20-minute walk to the beach. It’s close to the 10 Fwy. Close to a park with a Library, basketball court, and a Saturday farmers market. There is a 365 Whole Foods within walking distance and cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well. Near Santa Monica Community College. The room is $1200 a month. A deposit of the cost of the rent is due with the signing of the lease and the first month’s rent. Internet, Gas, and Electric are NOT included, but SOME utilities are included. Utilities are split 4-ways.

Two female students between the ages of 25 - 28 attending SMCC. The third roommate who is 30 years of age is a fitness instructor. There is a cat as a roommate as well who is quiet and clean and usually stays in the bedroom. One roommate has a snake that lives in the room with her.
