Let me start off stating, due to our schedule and logistics in the home, we are seeking someone who does not work from home; I guess you could say a 9 to 5βer. The house is not set-up for it. Sorry, wish I could accommodate you.
Me and a roommate are looking for a third roommate. Our Landlord lives out of the country. Our current roommate (the third roommate) is a pilot and leaving because he is getting married. He was here 18 months and we are all good friends. Initially, it is a month-to-month lease, but we are hoping for a long-term roommate (12 months or longer) after a few months. Itβs not a deal killer if you want to stay on a month-to-month lease, but after a few months if we all feel comfortable with a longer-term lease, that option is on the table for discussion.
Expectations: We only expect that you clean-up as soon as you are done using the kitchen, clean the bathroom (we take turns) and are respectful about noise level.
