Looking for a room rental with a private bath between $600 to $800 a month with a professional male. Not looking for multiple roommates, would consider it if there is a private bath. • Financially stable (can provide proof)
• Clean credit report
• Not in debt
• No criminal background (For your peace of mind, I had a background check done at the sheriff’s office, it was good)
• Eat Healthy and Small Kitchen Footprint (not a vegan)
• I am a very good cook (opinion of others), I am humble about it
• Clean, neat and organized and hope you are not a slob (I am not looking for perfection)
• I do not bring people in and out of your home
• I am quiet and just want to concentrate on work and my personal goals
• Sociable and get along with people and very comfortable with social events at home
• Not looking for a best friend, but if we become friendly or a friendship develops as a natural course of things that is plus
• I have owned pets, I do love them. I have no problem living with a pet; however, I prefer not to live with multiple pets. What I mean is a lot of pets, not one or two. Mostly because people do not groom and take care of their animals. I have owned many lovely animals, cared for all of them and miss them.
• I don’t do drama, but discuss any issues calmly
• I respect peoples’ property and have never had a deposit taken
• I have never missed a rent payment
• I don’t drink on a regular basis (only socially)
• I don’t smoke. I Prefer not to live with someone who smokes, unless they smoke outside
• I do not do drugs
• Will pay extra for garage parking; amount depends on rent
• Can move in anytime between July 15th to August 1st
• Looking to rent month-to-month or longer term, up to 12 months. I require at least a 45 day move out notice.
