I have a 2 bedroom apt with a half bath I share with my awesome Roomate Rhea. Unfortunately, I am moving out due to health reasons and am looking for someone to take over my 1 year lease that started in July. Rent is 683 (not including utilities and internet) and my room has a half bath.
About the roomies
My Roomate is very sweet in her early twenties, quiet and keeps to herself and works in the evening. She does have a very sweet cat who loves just about anyone.
