Primary with ensuite - private bath and walk-in closet. Price includes all utilities. This is a fantastic room with east facing windows - perfect for early risers! - king size bed, large dresser, desk and chair. A large quiet house in a quiet neighborhood in west Asheville. Lease is month to month. There is a credit/background check that’s about $45.

Kitchen with large fridge (shared by 3), washer & dryer, deck and patio w fire pit in back.

I have two cats, both friendly. No more pets allowed.

About the roomies

Currently there are 3 guys living here (although male or female are welcome). We really enjoy the peace and quiet! 420 is ok OUTDOORS but no tobacco please. The room is for single occupancy only!
