Oakcrest Place

Great house (roughly 2200 sf), two-story, fully furnished. Deck on back and a new patio! I’m currently working on other improvements to yard (grading, plantings, etc). There are four bedrooms & 3 baths. Rental includes full size bed, desk/chair, chest of drawers, large closet and full access to living areas/kitchen. Bath is shared with male housemate. This is a quiet, non-smoking house (420 ok outside). Other amenities include washer/dryer, wifi, central air/heat, street parking. There are 2 indoor cats currently. No other pets allowed! Utilities are included in price!

There are currently 3 of us living here (make). This room will share a bath with a male (mid 30s) housemate. We range in age from mid 30s to mid 60s. All very quiet and drama free. Looking for same! You must be fully vaxxed and boosted. Current housemates are awesome and we are looking for the right candidate to occupy this room.
