We have a single room for rent. It is the only room downstairs and has a private bath. My spouse and i will be occupying upstairs. If another person ends up living in the same room with you we will discuss. Everyone is welcome to inquire and apply. Room is fully furnished with a queen bed, two nightstands, dresser, 4.5 CU mini refrigerator for your convenience, and has a walk in closet. Prefer to meet for coffee or through zoom first before touring property. Although, you are welcome to furnish yourself. Total move in is security deposit $350 + 1st month’s rent. $150 pet deposit. Will work with you. You’re welcome to bring your own. I prefer at least a 6 month lease. Prefer someone with their own reliable transportation, steady work, minimal drama and renter’s insurance. Utilities include water, electric, gas, high speed 1GB fiber internet, security system. Although, if electric usage is excessive we will discuss appropriate solutions. We are very laid back and amenable to suggestions, so if it sounds like a good reasonable idea we would probably be open to it please just let us know. Applicant is responsible for $55 application fee and will be processed through Avail.com via a link sent to email or phone number. Please ask any questions you may have.
My spouse and I have two small dogs no kids. I will respect your space and you can interact with us as little or as much as you want. I expect you to treat your living situation like your home not a prison so please use all common areas of the space freely and feel free to have guests over etc. within reasonable/respectful limits. If your living situation changes and you end up having someone live with you later on or something similar, we will discuss terms when the time comes. Once you sign the lease that is absolutely your space and I will not step foot in your room/bathroom unless you ask me to fix something, emergency etc. Please feel free to put your own lock/deadbolt on your bedroom door.
