We have a bedroom furnished with a queen suite with a shared bathroom for rent. My spouse and i will be occupying the room across the hall from you and sharing the bathroom with you. You’ll have your own sink and storage space. Since you’d be sharing with males, we think it’d be easier if another male rented the room although, everyone is welcome to apply if they dont mind. We prefer to meet first before you tour the property. Total move in is security deposit $350 + 1st month’s rent. $250 pet deposit. I prefer at least a 6 month lease. Prefer someone with their own reliable transportation, steady work, minimal drama and renter’s insurance. Utilities include water, electric, gas, high speed 1GB fiber internet. Although, if electric usage is excessive we will discuss appropriate solutions. We are very laid back and amenable to suggestions, so if it sounds like a good reasonable idea we would probably be open to it please just let us know. About the roomies

My spouse and I have two small dogs no kids. Lady who rents has two cats but are downstairs and she keeps them in her room. I will respect your space and you can interact with us as little or as much as you want. I expect you to treat your living situation like your home not a prison so please use all common areas of the space freely and feel free to have guests over etc. within reasonable/respectful limits. If your living situation changes and you end up having someone live with you later on or something similar, we will discuss terms when the time comes. Once you sign the lease that is absolutely your space and I will not step foot in your room/bathroom unless you ask me to fix something, emergency etc. Please feel free to put your own lock/deadbolt on your bedroom door.
