We have a decent sized, unfurnished second master bedroom available in my 2bd/1ba apartment in Santa Monica (Venice neighborhood). It has an en-suite standard closet, and a walk-in closet as well.

The rest of the unit is furnished, with a spacious living room, full kitchen, patio, and washer/dryer.

We’re in a central location, close to the 405 + 10 freeways, and walking distance from the beach.

The master bedroom is myself as well as a 2-yr-old French bulldog named ghost. We like to keep active (hiking, beach, tennis, etc.) and love getting out of town for travel adventures. The frenchie is quiet, adorable, and very friendly.

I’m a quiet, drama free, and try to keep the place relatively clean. And i’m looking for the same in a new roommate.
