We are offering a beautiful luxurious, spacious, clean, peaceful room in our lovely 4 bedroom 4 bath house share. It has a queen bed with a 3 inch mattress topper and a 12 inch natural latex mattress. Our shared house offers a large sitting area, beautiful modern kitchen with island, a large dining area and hallway space for plenty of common area room. These common areas get cleaned twice a month and that is included in the monthly rent. The monthly rent also includes high speed internet wifi and all utilities. The house is peaceful, clean and serene. There is a large fenced in yard with an extra large patio with an outdoor dining area. You have Mountain View’s and it’s only 2 miles from the Santa Fe plaza! We are looking for a stable tenant who appreciates both community and privacy. All of the rooms have keys so tenants can lock them when out. There’s a large TV with in the shared living room… coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, large fridge, large oven, microwave, and gas cooktop in the kitchen. There’s central heating and tile throughout the home. There’s an area rug in the room.
