FEMALES ONLY I have room in the back of my house that is about 350 square feet. Has its own entrance to the fenced in backyard (that would be your entrance to the house, too) has its own bathroom in the suite, and walk in closet. Asking 1,000 a month. With wifi, electricity, water, and trash included. 1,000$ flat. Does have a king size bed in there already if you need it! It’s more of a suite. All we would have to share, is the kitchen, which is right next to your door, and the laundry room! (Of course if you want to come hangout with me in the living room, you’re more than welcome!)

I am 32 years old. Just recently divorced. I have a 2 year old son part time. (Does not live here.) he’s VERY well behaved. I have two dogs and a cat. Both of my dogs are dog friendly. I am looking for somebody that is on the quiet side. I feel like I am a 100 year old lady trapped in a young adults, body! 😂 I go to work, and crave coming home and watching movies! I do have a boyfriend who I stay with pretty often. I don’t drink or smoke. I love to window shop to get out of the house sometimes, so if you want to come- cool! I don’t know many people here in Jacksonville. I just moved back from Palm Coast. I like to hang out with my animals on my couch and watch movies/Netflix binge.
