Room for rent in North Garland Area (near Firewheel Mall). Wifi and utilities included for $650/p month. Semi-furnished room with memory foam matress, bedframe, table, and the chair. It is full-sized.. Off-street parking. Washer/dryer in-unit. Must keep the common area clean. No hard drugs, illegal activities, overnight guests, and double occupants. You will share bathroom with 2 female roommate. The bathroom is rarely occupied so its never an issue sharing. People are barely home so. There is a cat here. Just FYI, so if you are allergic to cat, it may not be a good idea..

3 roommies. Male (me 35-Tom, I am usually in my room or out somewhere, u will only see me when i go in the kitchen to make food) and 2 female roommate (22- Renee, she’s barely home) and (26, Ruth, she works as a nurse). We just keep to ourselves mostly. Nobody ever use the dining room. I welcome pets but you got to be responsible for your own pet.
