NOTE, the table and chair in the photo are no longer there. On-street parking. Washer/dryer in-unit. Must keep the common area clean. No hard drugs, illegal activities, overnight guests, and double occupants. You will share bathroom with 2 female roommate. The bathroom is rarely occupied so its never an issue sharing.

This location is very good for UTD students, it is 15 mins drive by car just down the road on 1 street. We are located in Far North part of Garland, in a retiree neighborhood. It is very quiet in the house and neighborhood.

3 roommies. Male (me 37-Tom, I am usually in my room or out somewhere, u will only see me when i go in the kitchen to make food) and 2 female roommate : Zhanrea (31) , she’s an administrative assistant, she has a cat, and its always in her room, and Joy(23), she works at a Chinese Restaurant and she has a pug, its usually in the backyard and only inside and in her room when she’s home. I welcome pets but you must to be responsible for your own pet and it must be in your room when you are not here. Proof of income required.
