This location is very good for UTD students, it is 15 mins drive by car just down the road on 1 street.
3 roommies. Male (me 37-Tom, I am usually in my room or out somewhere, u will only see me when i go in the kitchen to make food) and 2 female roommate (Erica-28, she works at Raising Cane and Joy-21, she works at a Pho restaurant). We have a dog, it is a pug, he’s Joy’s, he stays in the backyard during the day and only gets to come inside the house when Joy gets home. We just keep to ourselves mostly. Nobody ever use the dining room. I welcome pets but you got to be responsible for your own pet and it must be in your room when you are not here. Proof of income required.
