The studio is part of a four-plex which includes a house, attached studio, and a one-bedroom apt. Most of the people in the four-plex are 25-35 recent college grads, so it’s pretty quiet, but the communal backyard is available for get togethers and barbecues.
The cottage comes with a small Weber and patio set. Coin op washer / dryer shared with another tenant. Brand new mini split (heating and air unit) and new windows. New fan. Relatively new fridge.
