Furnished Short-term (30-day minimum).

Get your kayaks and fishing poles out! Private trails, private playgrounds, and a private lake - California Park has it all! We are offering a furnished room in our Cal Park home. Perfect for someone finishing out their last semester at Chico State, for example, or waiting for a house to close. Our neighborhood is centrally located and close to just about everything. It also has private security. 30-day minimum.

The room includes a very comfy recliner and a double bed. Home was recently remodeled. Washer and dryer inside home. Room includes utilities (electricity, wifi, water etc). We are looking for short-term renters. Recently, some of our renters have been enrolled in intensive 5-7 month training programs (fish and game, forestry, police academy) at Butte College, but we’ve had people for 30 days, too. We’ve also had quite a few traveling medical professionals. 30-day minimum. You will be sharing a bathroom with a physical therapy doctorate student who works Monday through Friday at a local hospital.

Who are we? 1 educator and 1 business owner. No children. 1 cat. Late 40s. We have been renting out rooms in our house for a long time, so we’re used to having people live with us. We’ve lived with medical professionals, grad students, firefighters…. you name it. And we have references!
