Jordan's room

Two rooms available. One unfurnished and one furnished with a bed and dresser that is $1300. The furniture is different from the photos. The area is very safe, quiet, and conveniently located close to stores, food, and the main highways to commute to schools, downtown, or the mountains! The two rooms have a shared bathroom. Parking will be available either on driveway or in spots around the complex. Extra storage provided in garage. Washer and dryer are in the unit. I am currently the only one to be living in the house. I am from Texas attending school at Mines. I am fairly quiet and laid back. I do enjoy going to the mountains every now and then to hike, camp, or ski. I am a clean roomate who is seeking the same. There is a potential for 2 roomates to move in but the house is quite spacious and there is plenty of places to chill or work!
