Looking to rent out the second bedroom at my 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment at Lakeline at Bartram park! This spacious room has its own attached bathroom. And there is also a washer and dryer that is included in the apartment and will be shared.

Rent is $1,706 and will be split 50/50 so your half will be $853 for 12 months, all shared utilities, such as internet, electric etc. will be split 50/50.

The apartment complex is great, they have 2 pools, grills, 2 gyms, a playground, business center with computers, and it is a gated community.

I work full time with a varied schedule, I usually work later in the day into the evening and I also travel a lot. I have a daughter who stays with me every other weekend. I’m quiet and respectful and I’m looking for the same thing in a roommate.
