Looking to rent the whole house or individual rooms and bringing your preferred roommate would be even better.

I am the owner and have made updates to the home. I keep it clean and would like respectful and responsible tenants. Looking for 12 months or longer leases a well. The house is currently empty. Must be able to pass background and credit check, employment and income verification.
