Beautiful two story home in Herritage Lakes. New community with tons of amenities. One bathroom with bathtub/shower. Washer and dryer down the hall in separate room. Large kitchen with stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, can opener, and dish washer. Large patio out back. Three parks, two pools, splash pad, walking paths everywhere with a gorgeous view of the hills, and a large lake you can walk or fish at. Bed and mattress available upon request.

One Roomate, female, very sweet, always at work or quietly hanging out in her room. Then there’s me and my fiance. She has two children. The kids come every other week. They are 10 and 12. Quiet and friendly as well.
