About the room
The rent is negotiable. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. I have 4 cats and a dog so must love animals and be willing to help out with them occasionally, especially on weekends if I go out of town. Must be ok with cannabis which is only smoked on the covered screened in patio. Very chill and cozy home. The bathroom is next to the bedroom, but company will use also.
About the roomies
I am an echo sonographer that works on amelia island. My boyfriend is a painter. We work M-F early morning so we go to bed early and get home around 5/6pm.
