Hello! I am looking for 2 people to join on a lease until June 30th, 2024 (with the option to later extend, if you’d like!). Move in any time after November 13th, the sooner the better! The two bedrooms are decent sized, there is one that is significantly bigger than the other. The smaller room is 8x10. The total rent is 1850/month for all 3 rooms. 2 big rooms are 667/month each and small room is 516/month. The apartment is partially furnished, so if you have furniture you’d like to bring along, please do! Please DM if you’re interested and we’ll set up an interview with some more info!

• Rent is $667/month for the bigger room, and $516/month for the smaller room, plus utilities
• Lots of public transit- buses (94, 74, 56) and CTA
• Shared living room (TV and couch already included), kitchen (dishwasher, gas stoves, plenty of cutlery and dishware included), island table, and bathroom (with ceiling ventilation)
• Shared laundry in basement (quarters), and a laundromat is nearby as well
• Several bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and lively spaces like Emporium in the immediate area
• 15 minute walk from Logan Square farmer’s market
• Target, Dollar Tree, Go Grocer, South Loop Market, bars, and more are close by

Hello, I am a very friendly, and outgoing person. I would say I don’t have an issue with most things, my only deal breakers are if you smoke ( weed is ok but outside of the apartment), do drugs, racist and misogynistic, do not respect other people’s spaces, and is VERY dirty. I emphasize on the very part because I would say I am in-between. I like to keep the common areas clean, and clean after myself if I make a mess but I am not OCD clean. I would like to become friends with my roommates if possible and peacefully coexist. If any issues arise, I am very communicative and open to talk about it.

Hobbies/Interests: fitness ( bouldering and boxing), exploring the city, reading, traveling and going out to dive bars with friends.
