I am currently the only person living in the home along with my two 5 year old pups. Very energetic and friendly, but not good with other animals. I am a career driven female working a full time job Monday - Friday , days and occasional weekends. I stay pretty active throughout the week/ weekends with running, dancing, playing volleyball, etc. Looking to rent out a room in my townhome for 6 months with a potential for extending. I would prefer someone who doesn’t keep regular company, as I also do not have company often. Having company stay is okay up to twice a week. Anything more would incur additional renting fees. Also looking for someone respectful of others things, space, and cleaning up after yourself. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside or outside property.
