I crash in a sofa bed in the Den, but always neat can’t even tell I sleep there. Bedroom is Yours. MUST be ok with comfortable, relaxed at home time, shirtless, briefs, gym shorts etc. (Not a nudist Is just for comfort)! I’m social, great temper-sense of humor/buddy/bro type. Give you your privacy and also available for hanging out when I’m free, share meals, drinks or videos although busy as hell most of the time. Good honest, transparent guy here. Fresh sheets, professionally Dry cleaned goose down comforters, and towells provided. Guest parking literally next to your bedroom window, or street parking right on front of the apt on view.
