About the roomies
The apartment is occupied by my wife and I. We are in the master bedroom on one side and the apartment for rent is on the other side of the apartment separated by the living room. We are a cool couple. We are about 60. But we are open to any age. We are very quiet and respectful and we mainly hang out in our bedroom. The only time we use the common areas is at meal times.
