Private entrance. Single tenant only (thus Full Sized bed) We will rarely see you (my current tenant has been there 3 months and I’ve seen her twice). Place has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. If cooking is your passion, this space is not for you. Happy to schedule laundry day and meal prep in our house.
We are professionals. 2 rescue dogs with bad manners….reason we cannot allow pets. We enjoy outdoors. Entertaining family and friends. We have a close neighborhood network.
Ideally we would like a tenant who is a healthcare worker or student who is in Santa Fe a few times a week then returns home, to family, or friends.
Cleanliness to extremely important to me.
I will return 100% of deposit when studio is left in the order you received. If you are reliant on parental income, I prefer you work out details out and I will only deal with you.
