Hello!
We are looking for 1 tenant to room in 1 of our private bedrooms with a shared bathroom. We have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment. The bathroom is one sink and we have another half bath just across from it. Both rooms come with huge closet space and a spacious living room and kitchen. There will be one animal living here (small dog) so no other pets are allowed. A deposit is required of $800. Rent is $800 a month utilities are not included. You can get a parking spot- it’s $50.
The apartment also includes a convenient washer/dryer and big kitchen sink. Everything in our apartment has new stainless steel appliances. It is on the second level however it has a beautiful view of Escondido from the second level. The balcony leading out is 131 sq ft and comes with a storage closet attached to it. Also comes with a pool and BBQ/grill area. The location is very convenient- about 10 mins away from freeway and 5 minutes for grocery stores.
An online application process is required and you will need a credit score of 600 or more.
