We are looking for a tenant to share a 16X11 room in the master bedroom with a shared bathroom. We have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a private bathroom. The master bedroom comes with a walk in closet and a spacious living room and kitchen. Also has a sliding glass door that leads out to a big balcony. There will be one animal living here (small dog) so no other pets are allowed. A deposit is required of $800. Rent is $712.50 a month utilities are not included. You will get a FREE parking spot in the garage.

The apartment also includes a convenient washer/dryer and big kitchen sink. Everything in our apartment has new stainless steel appliances. It is on the second level however it has a beautiful view of Escondido. The balcony leading out is 131 sq ft and comes with a spacious storage closet attached to it. Also comes with a pool and BBQ/grill area. The location is very convenient- about 10 mins away from freeway and 5 minutes from grocery stores.

An online application process is required and you will need a credit score of 600 or more.
