This is a room for rent. 1 person occupancy. In Bonney lake. No pets. It’s in a apartment building with pool and fitness room. Please call or text if interested. Rent is 680.00 per month. I have wifi So you can hook up ruku if you want cable I have it but you would need to pay the monthly fee for extra box. I dont think its much. You will have full access to the house and I will make space in bathroom kitchen and pantry for you.

I am the only person living in the apartment. I do not have any pets. The apartment is clean and organized. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the apartment.
