You will have a spacious bedroom with amazing views of the hills and pool and spa in the backyard. This guest suite also has a full private bathroom. There is a brand new refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and washer dryer for your own use. Rent includes utilities and a housekeeper. The guest suite is furnished, but you also have the option for unfinished if you prefer. There is plenty of storage and parking. We live in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We are in a culdasac and back up to orchards and scenic surroundings. There are plenty of walking trails and parks in the area just outside the front door. You will also have access to the community pool, spa and tennis courts. We are 20 minutes to the coast off the 76. We are also right by the 15 freeway with easy access to all of the major freeways throughout San Diego County.
I live with with my two daughters and golden retriever in the main house. I work full time in the medical industry. I have a home office so I work at home sometimes, but I am out in the field most of the week. I am looking for a respectful, courteous, trustworthy and professional roommate who treats this space as their own. My oldest is in college now out of state so she is only home a few times per year. My youngest daughter is very busy with school, sports and activities so we are always on the go. When we are home, we like to relax and occasionally have friends over and enjoy backyard bbqs. We are an active bunch who loves the outdoors and the beach.
