You will have a spacious bedroom, large bathroom with separate shower and a separate bathtub and a lot of room in the walk in closet. The bathroom has two sinks and plenty of storage space. This guest suite also has a spacious private deck with beautiful views of the pool, spa, hills, orchards and wild life. The entrance to the private space is via stairs to the deck on the second level. You will have your own brand new refrigerator. There is plenty of street parking. We live in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We are in a culdasac and back up to nature with no other homes behind us. There are plenty of walking trails and parks just outside the front door. You will have access to the community pool, spa and tennis courts. We are only 20 minutes to the coast off the 76. We are also close to the 15 freeway with easy access to all of the major freeways throughout San Diego County. Nearby areas include: Bonsall, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Escondido, San Marcos, Poway, Temecula, Riverside County and more…

I live with my in the main house. I work full time in the medical industry. I have a home office so I work out of my home, but I am out in the field most of the week. I am looking for a respectful, clean, courteous, trustworthy, and professional roommate who treats this space as their own. My oldest daughter is in college out of state so she is only home a few times per year. My youngest daughter is busy with school, sports and activities so we are always on the go. When we are home, we like to relax and occasionally have friends over and enjoy backyard bbq’s. We are an active bunch who loves the outdoors and the beach.
