I have a room for rent in a 4200 square foot home in Crowne Hill in Temecula. It’s an upstairs room with a shared bathroom for $1200 per month. The one that is pictured was just rented. This room is smaller. Rent includes WiFi. Utilities are included.
Ours is a lively house. It’s not unusual to find a game of trivial pursuit going on downstairs, or a barbecue , or the occasional party, and we have a poker game every month. You’re always welcome to join in the festivities. Or you can enjoy peace and quiet in your own room.
We have two very friendly dogs and one very mean neighbor so we just lavish attention on the dogs and avoid the witch next door :)
We are professionals and have an office here in Temecula.
I live here with my family and a few other tenants who are very nice, respectful and trustworthy. We all get along. Everyone respects each other’s privacy - most people are in their rooms at night - and everyone contributes to bathroom cleaning. It’s a nice place to live. You can smoke outside on the covered patio. If you have other needs, try me. I’m reasonable.
