The room is fully detached (converted garage) with its own private entrance, and feels like a small studio—though the bathroom and kitchen are inside the main house (just five steps away).Renting as a bedroom as water is in main house. Not for 2 people no overnighters unless planned in advance.

About the property: This is a quiet, organic atmosphere surrounded by nature. It’s east of Lane Community College, just 10 minutes from town, and has a peaceful, sanctuary vibe. The land is shared with birds, trees, and animals, and I try to live in harmony with all. Respecting the environment and living sustainably is important to me, so we don’t use harsh chemicals or bleach. Noone is perfect and Im far from extreme.

About me: I’m a mature professional woman who’s worked internationally for many years. I work from home part-time and travel occasionally. My lifestyle is mostly vegetarian but I do consume fish and chicken , and I use mostly organic products—from food to cleaning. There’s a well-loved dog and a shy cat who are very much part of the home.

I care deeply about clean living, nature, and being a good steward of this place. The house is on septic, so we use zero bleach or harsh chemicals. It’s not about being rigid—just respectful of the systems that support us.
