Please read the entire listing before replying. It’s a stand alone room. Large, bright furnished room (23’ x 15’) with its own *private entrance and *back door facing a beautiful organic backyard filled with birds, butterflies, greenery, and lots of garden space. I don’t have a picture when no one is living in it so the photo is not accurate, as there are housemate belongings in this picture. It also doesn’t show the refrigerator. The setting is peaceful, except for the frequent songs of birds, frogs, and other creatures. The room feels more like a private studio, although it is officially rented as a “bedroom.” It is not connected to the main house. The bathroom and water access are located inside the main home, just a few feet away, so you’d need to be comfortable with coming into the house for bathroom etc. While there is plenty to cook with in the room you’ll also have access to the main kitchen as a secondary. And I am definitely open to sharing a meal now and then.

You’ll share the bathroom with one person and the property with a well-behaved dog and a shy cat.

Location: *You have to have a car there are no buses and biking over 30th street is very difficult. 10–15 minutes to downtown Eugene or Springfield. Very close to Lane Community College-5 minutes. 10-15 to UO.

Environment: This is an organic, normally clean, with fire-pit, pellet barbecue and safe neighbors.. It’s very close to Buford Park Mount Pisgah.
