A well-behaved dog is welcome if it gets along with the resident pets, is spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations, and flea-free. Lots of dogs and friendly dog lovers in the neighborhood.

The room has its own front and back door and is in its own detached space—it’s not inside the shared house—giving you as much privacy as you want. They call it a mother-in-law space.

It’s a spacious 23’ × 15’, fully furnished with a full-size bed, couch, full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, clothing rack, and purified drinking water right in your room.

Step outside either your back door to a peaceful garden filled with flowers, birds, butterflies, onto a patio.

The bathroom, shower, and kitchen are located just a few steps away in the main house. If you’re looking for complete privacy while still having access to shared amenities, this offers a nice balance.

Location: 10–15 minutes from downtown Eugene or Springfield and only 5-6 minutes from Lane Community College. It’s a bit rural on east side of LCC

I’m environmentally minded and everything here is as organic as possible. I am pescarian- vegetarian, but you don’t have to be. A positive attitude goes a long ways.
