We are looking for 1 female roommate to fill an available bedroom in our 3bed/3bath (2nd level) apartment in Santa Monica. We are looking for a female around her late 20s to early 30s that holds a full time job, is clean, respectful, and friendly.

Room will come unfurnished and you will have your own separate detached bathroom, along with a parking spot underground. This is a tandem spot you will be sharing with one of the roommates. Washer/Dryer is located in the building and operated through an app. The location is a prime and quiet spot in the Santa Monica area. We are 8 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from the Montana shopping area, and a 10 minute walk to 3rd street promenade.

The girls are ages 30 and 31 and work full time. One is a nurse and the other works in HR on a hybrid schedule. They like to stay active, hit the beach, happy hour with friends, and concerts! We are looking for someone that is very similar minded.
