Nice 3br 2.5 bath in a quiet neighborhood in Alpharetta. House is furnished, room is not. There is a lot of storage in the house, 2 attached storage rooms, and a 2 car garage.

I’m the friendly outgoing type, originally from Atlanta, moved up to Alpharetta to manage a restaurant here. Work mostly early mornings, and usually work at least 1 weekend day. I would describe myself as very clean and organized. Current roommates are a laid-back 10 year old husky and a cat. Outdoors a lot, when I’m not at work I’m usually off in the mountains riding motorcycles or mountain bikes.
