Master bedroom and master bathroom is occupied by female house owner who is active, yogi, road cyclist, great cook and enjoy to share.
One of the 3 guest rooms is taken by a female PHD student from UCI who is quite and only here 4 nights per week.
Looking for female roommates for the other two guest rooms. No couples or children. No pets. No loud music. No illegal drug use. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. Alcohol socially. Preferred qualities: Single Professional, student, traveling nurse who is friendly, easy going personality, very clean and quiet. I don’t mind you work at home if you don’t make phone call all the time.
This is a real clean house, if you are only talking clean or acting clean, then we won’t be a good fit for each other.
