Got almost every cook ware in the kitchen. Laundry in garage. Shoes-off household.

Driving 15 minutes to UCI, 5minutes minute to OCC, 10 minutes to Golden West College, 5 minutes to Memorial care orange coast hospital Fountain Valley, 10 minutes to Hoag Hospital Newport Beach, 15minutes to the airport, 5minutes to the beach. Walking distance to bus stations, groceries and gyms.

Month to month room rental but long term is preferred. 30 days notice to move out. First and last month deposit required. Background check and credit report required.

Master bedroom is occupied in this 4bedrooms&2baths house. Female owner. No couples or children. No pets. No loud music. No illegal drug use. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. Alcohol socially. Preferred qualities: Single Professional, student, traveling nurse who is friendly, easy going personality, very clean and quiet. I don’t mind you work at home if you don’t make phone call all the time. I am active, yogi, road cyclist, great cook and easy to get along with. You may get free yoga class and be invited for dinner when I have time on weekends. I am looking forward to having like minded female with good upbringing and good manners in my house who will respect and appreciate it as HOME. Ideally we can cook together to celebrate holidays if your family is not around.
