I live in a circle. So not a lot of traffic. Very quiet area. Ur room is downstairs, so is ur own full bath. Contact me with any questions u have. My house is very nice. Very nice kitchen and living room. Hardwood floors without the house. I keep my house at 70 year round. I do have a small space heater if u need to use that if it’s too cold. But never had complaints . Oh and u r not responsible for taking care of my dog while I’m at work. I’m very easy going and chill. All I ask is u respect the rules of the house.

This last/current roomie doesn’t respect any of the rules of the house( she has to be out by 5th) Complains about the weirdest stuff. Wouldn’t rent to her again.
